We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated services.
3. User Eligibility & Responsibilities
- You are authorised to act on behalf of your hotel, business or organisation
- All information provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date
- You will use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in activities that may disrupt the functioning of the system. You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate property details, pricing, availability and any content published through the platform.
4. Account & Security
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Restricting access to your account
- All activities conducted under your account
Stay360 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
5. Payments & Billing
All services provided by Stay360 are subject to agreed pricing plans and billing cycles. Payments must be made in accordance with the selected subscription plan. Fees are typically billed in advance and may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. We reserve the right to revise pricing or introduce new charges with prior notice.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Stay360 may integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to OTAs, payment gateways, and analytics & marketing tools. These integrations are provided for convenience. Stay360 does not control or guarantee the availability, performance or policies of such third-party services. Users are advised to review their terms and privacy policies separately.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, trademarks and technology associated with Stay360 are the property of Stay360 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for business purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce or distribute platform content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stay360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, or errors, interruptions or delays in service. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9. Suspension & Termination
Stay360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated, the platform is misused, or payment obligations are not fulfilled. Upon termination, access to services may be restricted, and data handling will follow internal policies.

Your use of Stay360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any guest or customer data managed through the platform complies with applicable data-protection laws.

12. Governing Law
