Subscription Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled by the customer at any time, but they won't get a refund for any of the subscription's remaining terms. Access to the Stay360 platform will cease immediately upon cancellation of a subscription, and all data will be deleted. Before canceling their subscription, customers are responsible for exporting or keeping any data.

Any Service Outages and Downtime

Stay360 is responsible to provide there customers with uninterrupted service. However, we do not provide compensation or refunds in the event of a service interruption or outage. Stay360 will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and communicate updates to our customers as necessary.

Any Changes to the Platform

Stay360 reserves all the right to make any kind of changes to our platform, including features, functionality, and pricing, at any time and without notice. Such changes will not entitle customers to a refund or credit.

No Warranty

Our SaaS hotel software platform is provided by Stay360 "as is" and without warranty. or any type of guarantee, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular objective Customers are solely responsible for how they use our platform and rely on its content.

Limitation of Liability

Stay360 is not responsible for any damages, whether they be consequential, incidental, direct, punitive damages resulting from or regardless of whether such damages are based on the use of our platform tort, strict liability, contract, or any other legal theory.
