1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel their subscription or services with Stay360 ("we", "our", or "us"). Stay360 provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for hospitality businesses, including PMS, booking engine and distribution tools.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of their Stay360 subscription at any time by contacting our support team through official communication channels.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or authorised support channels
- It is recommended to submit cancellation requests in advance of the next billing cycle
3. Effective Date of Cancellation
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Users will continue to have access to the platform until the subscription period expires
- No further charges will be applied after the cancellation becomes effective
4. No Refund on Cancellation
- Cancellation of services does not entitle the user to any refund for the remaining subscription period
- Fees paid for active billing cycles are non-refundable
5. Auto-Renewal & Billing
- Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless cancelled in advance
- If cancellation is not requested before the renewal date, the next billing cycle will be charged accordingly
6. Data Handling After Cancellation
- Upon cancellation or expiration of services, access to the platform may be restricted
- Users are responsible for exporting or backing up their data prior to cancellation
- Stay360 may retain or delete data in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations
7. Trial & Demo Cancellation
If Stay360 offers a free demo or trial:
- Users may cancel at any time during the trial period
- No charges will be applied if cancellation occurs before the trial ends
8. Outstanding Payments
- Any pending dues or unpaid invoices must be cleared even after cancellation
- Stay360 reserves the right to restrict access until outstanding payments are settled
9. Third-Party Services
Stay360 may integrate with third-party platforms such as OTAs, payment gateways or analytics tools. Cancellation of Stay360 services does not automatically cancel third-party services. Users must manage and cancel third-party subscriptions separately as per their policies.
10. Right to Suspend or Terminate
Stay360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases of violation of Terms & Conditions, misuse of the platform, or non-payment of subscription fees.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
