Welcome to Stay360 Please read all the below mentioned Cancellation terms carefully before accessing or using our software in order to proceed with the cancellation and initeation for a refund if so.

Subscription Cancellation

Stay360 must be notified in writing at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription term for customers to be able to cancel their subscription at any time. The customer will be automatically enrolled in the following subscription term and billed accordingly if notice is not provided at least 30 days prior to the end of the current term.

No Refunds

Stay360 does not offer refunds for any remaining period of the subscription term. Access to the Stay360 platform will cease immediately upon cancellation of a subscription, and all data will be deleted. Before canceling their subscription, customers are responsible for exporting any data they wish to keep with themself.

Any Service Outages and Downtime

Stay360 is responsible to provide there customers with uninterrupted service. However, we do not provide compensation or refunds in the event of a service interruption or outage. Stay360 will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and communicate updates to our customers as necessary.

Any Changes to the Platform

Stay360 reserves all the right to make any kind of changes to our platform, including features, functionality, and pricing, at any time and without notice. Such changes will not entitle customers to a refund or credit.
